This role will enable NHS West Kent to make communication and marketing core to all its business activities.With significant autonomy and reporting to Board level, this role will drive an ambitious social marketing strategy which will ensure we engage with our communities in an up-to-date and effective manner, bringing clarity to the PCT's role. You will lead press and marketing teams and operate at the heart of the organisation. To succeed you will need to be credible in a highly complex politicised environment, leading and inspiring others to enhance our reputation and build our brand. You will bring experience of senior level marketing or communications, including new media and social marketing, backed by a highly creative and imaginative approach to engaging different audiences.This role is the perfect step for a future corporate director with a reputation for innovation, who wants to work in a creative environment.
