As Brand Manager you will take responsibility for a major brand and two sub-brands within the portfolio. Working directly into the Marketing Manager you will develop, agree and cascade the 18 month brand plan during which you will implement consumer-facing marketing programmes in conjunction with external agencies in order to achieve the brand equity targets. You will be expected to analyse and monitor the market, brand and competitor performance and recommend changes to the annual plan in order to improve brand equity.
Who we're looking for
You will have had a string commercial background in a branded environment. FMCG experience will be vital as will your budgetary control and your activation and evaluation of ATL & BTL programmes. Good project management and brand planning experience as well as evidence of consumer led thinking will be vital.
