The client is a high street retailer, with a reputation for supplying fashionable and affordable products for the health and beauty conscious consumer. They are looking for an experienced Brand Manager, preferably with experience in a retail environment, to join their own label marketing division.

The successful Brand Manager will be responsible for developing a high profile change strategy for the own label brand. This will involve sourcing new suppliers, developing innovative brand concepts, driving implementation and promotional strategies as well as ensuring clear communication across the business.

Ideally you will come from a brand management background within a retail environment and have a passion for working within health and beauty. You will be fanatical about creating a unique consumer experience as well as having a detail focused approach and being an exceptional communicator.

The ideal candidate must have: *Prior experience within a brand marketing role *A passion to develop a career in health and beauty retail *Ability to coordinate and deliver multi strand marketing plans *Commercial focus *Exceptional relationship management skills
