See Full Job Description Hide Full Job Description Overall Purpose of Position To create and manage end to end campaigns to the PAYG base to deliver against customer months saved and revenue targets, taking direction from the overall PAYG retention strategy & using analysis, insights, learnings and test and learn programmes to refine activity. Key Accountabilities 1. To own the detailed development of individual campaigns and their business cases, working with the senior CLM manager to ensure planned activity will hit agreed KPIs. 2. To own and deliver the PAYG retention campaign calendar, providing briefs and working with the Campaign Build team and the Direct Marketing team in accordance with the agreed process. 3. To develop & own campaign performance KPIs, setting benchmarks and using these to assess performance. 4. To provide ongoing measurement and reporting on the performance of campaigns and to manage all relating documentation. To use campaign performance measurements to refine and improve activity. 5. To use insight, analysis and learnings to identify new opportunities for engagement with the base and to own and manage a corresponding test and learn programme. 6. To develop and leverage new communication methods available to the team to offer the customers a 360 comms experience. 7. To take an active role with the PAYG retention task force with potential for leading a workstream. 8. To act as delegate to Senior CLM manager where required. Education and Work Experience Essential Experience of developing and managing CRM related customer programmes and campaigns to a large base Evidence of delivering financial results Experience of senior stakeholder management Degree level or similar education Desirable Marketing qualification e.g. IDM, Postgraduate Diploma / MA in Marketing Experience of leading cross-functional working groups Knowledge (Language, IT, etc) Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint Personal Skills Dynamic, results-driven confident self-starter Good attention to detail, thorough and tenacious Strong commercial acumen Able to build strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels of seniority Flexible and able to manage a high degree of change 50000 Location: Hatfield, United Kingdom.
