Our client, a successful and popular daytime cafe and late night party venue is currently seeking a General Manager for their venue is Sutton. You will possess excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial flair and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have bags of enthusiasm and a real commitment to exceeding all expectations in a fast moving and exciting environment. Your responsibilities as General Manager will include:Maximising profitability and managing costsBusiness forecastingManaging and Motivating a TeamStaff training and performance managementOrganising and marketing promotional eventsEnsuring all legal requirements are complied withIn addition to the above, you will have a proven track record as a successful leader with outstanding management and financial skills and will preferably have a history of working in the late night entertainment industry.
