Head of Product Management & Marketing – Rochdale, North West This is an exciting opportunity to join a marketing leading Internet Service Provider where you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management and marketing of
award winning internet products and services. The nature of the role will require you to be a strong experienced leader who is capable of forging close working relationships with other Senior Managers as well as building a focused collaborative product
and marketing team. This position is essential to ensuring that Zen continues to provide innovative, high quality products and services to its growing business and residential customer base. It is also a fantastic opportunity for a well versed senior
product manager to work for an award winning customer centric business. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the product roadmap for all products and services in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Managers - Take responsibility for
the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of Zen Internet’s portfolio of products and services - Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the Product & Marketing Team - Define and develop communications strategy and
plan - Work collaboratively with Sales, Technical Development, Operations etc to ensure effective delivery of products and services - Monitor product performance and lead the product and marketing teams to take corrective action (e.g. pricing,
promotional, analysis of sales) as appropriate - Provide strategic input into the company’s business plan - Keep abreast of latest product and service developments within the sector Experience - Experience as a senior product manager in a
service-focused technology company which is driven by service and quality - Previous experience leading and developing a product management and marketing professionals - Previous experience of Internet Services and/or a passion for the Internet and
related emerging technologies is essential - Engaging leader who gains the buy-in and respect from their team/peers and brings them with them Skills - Sound people management skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise and manage a considerable workload -
Financial awareness - Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail - Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in immediate area of responsibility - Excellent communicator able to
