International Brand Manager, Commercial Strategy Managers International Biomaterials Company (Bone repair) World leader in its market Our client, formed in 2001, is an orthobiologics company and a world leader in synthetic bone graft technologies. Their mission is to provide surgeons with superior, proprietary, bone graft solutions, helping them to improve clinical outcomes and patient quality of life. The HQ and manufacturing facility are based in Greater London, England, with the U.S. operations located on the East Coast. Products are being used in Europe, the United States and Australasia for spinal fusions, bone tumor void filling, fractures and joint revision. There are currently openings for the following positions as detailed below: International Brand Manager The International Brand Manager will manage the marketing of designated product line(s) within budget whilst meeting the needs of the relevant customers (internal and external) and working effectively with colleagues and suppliers. Your main duties will involve developing and implementing agreed product plans, and launch plans for new product lines. You will be developing and driving brand campaigns for relevant product lines and managing the promotional funds within an agreed budget. You will be ensuring that all materials comply with the appropriate legal rules, internal SOPs and external codes of practice. You will be working in a team supporting sales teams and distributors, liaising with sales management to understand the needs of direct/distributor sales teams and leading or participating in project teams to ensure timely delivery of key projects. You will also provide ad-hoc support to VP Marketing and develop relationships with KOLs. You will ensure effective communication across the business for the timely delivery of product plans, undertake monthly reporting to VP Marketing or the Board and maintain regular customer contact, both internally and externally, through field visits. Commercial Strategy Manager As Commercial Strategy Manager you will be providing strategic direction to product development, business development and product commercialisation activities across the company. Your main responsibilities will include delivering product marketing plans within agreed budgets and timelines, and developing and implementing agreed strategic product development and launch plans, as well as identifying and assessing new product development opportunities. You will be facilitating the delivery of high quality promotional materials in line with agreed product positioning and portfolio plans, and ensuring that high quality campaign materials are developed by local marketing groups on a cyclical basis. You will develop and manage pricing and reimbursement plans, and develop annual three to five year marketing plans. You will ensure advisory Boards and KOL programmes operate in support of key priorities, and drive publication of key clinical data consistent with product positioning requirements. You will be initiating business development activities and supporting strategic business development (M&A, product or technology licensing etc.) in support of the overall business plan. You will be providing analytical and strategic support to the Senior Management Team and Board and collaborating with operational marketing VPs. You will be working with all relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain effective marketing and new product development processes. Ideal Candidates For all roles we are looking for committed self-motivated professionals with a pharmaceutical background, and ideally with experience in the medical devices industry (orthopaedics). You are an ambitious team player who has experience working with KOLs, surgeons and scientific or technical researchers. You pay attention to detail and are computer literate.
