Exciting opportunities have arisen for two outstanding commercial marketing professionals with a private equity backed company in the food retail sector. Determined to strengthen its position as a market leader, the business is investing in its marketing team. A truly global operation, the business prides itself on using first class customer insight to deliver a wide portfolio of brands to maximise group income. Applications are invited from commercial and instinctive, hands on marketing professionals. The ability to work with, influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels is paramount.

-Intrinsic understanding of end-to-end brand development; concept, communication and effective operational delivery
-Affinity with financial and operational models to confidently deliver against true P+L responsibility
-Develop and implement all aspects of category and brand plans, ensuring sales and profitability is maximised, benchmarking against brand performance and recognised industry standards
-Engage a highly skilled and effective brands team, whilst supporting the operations team in the consistent delivery of brand standards
-Influence business and brand partners, challenging the status quo and driving innovation in the sector
-Proven multi brand experience within a retail environment
