This is a super opportunity to work on one of the Nation’s favourite brands; a brand with real heritage & consumer affection. We are looking for an outstanding individual who will report directly into the Marketing Controller, & be given full P&L responsibility. This Senior Brand Manager will develop the strategic growth plans, as well as the long term innovation pipeline. You will manage 1 direct report.

Our Ideal Candidate
You must have 4-5 years consumer marketing experience & have spent a significant period of this time working within the FMCG sector, (food would be an advantage). You must also have UK market experience & be a passionate brand champion. You will be able to demonstrate where you have developed & implemented product improvement strategy & communication campaigns, whilst balancing this with pragmatism & sound business judgement. You must also have experience of driving successful price & promotional strategies, as well as possessing excellent leadership & influencing skills. You must be someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, & be someone with tenacity & resilience. Strong interpersonal & supporting skills as essential as you will coach & mentor your direct report.
