This leading Investment Bank are currently recruiting for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join their Back Office team. The role will be a hands on technical lead and offers a lot of progression up the team lead and management route. Main duties
include 2nd line support, investigate, diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems in an ITIL framework, providing high level customer service and project work. You will be leading from the front hands, attending management meeting and management
reporting. Essential technical skills include Microsoft Office 2003/2007, HP Service Centre / HP Peregrine, HP desktop hardware maintenance and remote access solutions (Blackberry, VPN, RSA). Desirable skills include SMS 2007, Market Data and Sharepoint.
