Support Worker (Temporary Accommodation)

C-Change for Inclusion is an organisation that provides support to adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues to live their desired lifestyle and be valued members of their community.
We currently have part-time contract and casual Support Worker positions available within the Glasgow and Greater Glasgow areas.
You must have the ability to work as part of a small team and develop relationships built on trust and respect.  Required to support an individual’s needs with a genuine interest in their welfare and would be expected to empower and support the individual to get involved in their community and promote inclusion, choice and independence.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change essential.
Experience of supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues would be advantageous but not essential as training will provided.
 Various shifts available including days, evenings, weekends and sleepovers. (Additional payment for sleepover shifts)
