Senior Retail Execution and Operations Manager, £60K plus excellent benefits, London

Based from their luxurious London office, you will lead a team of highly talented Customer/Trade Marketers. Leading a team of 10 across all brands and channels you will develop operational expertise across Sales and Marketing. Championing a total retail perspective and understanding the barriers the market faces – you will generate ideas and deliver inspiring customer propositions that energise the customer teams.

As a successful Customer Marketing leader you will Inspire and motivate the retail execution and operations team to deliver outstanding execution. Through depth of understanding of consumers, shopper and brands, deliver flawless executions of all key events and brand/NPD launches. Driving resources keeping aligned to the portfolio and Trade strategies whilst supporting the Field Sales strategic way of working. Develop an effective management reporting system and communication strategy whilst continuously improving execution approach and strategy.

You will have experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing and ideally some exposure to Brand Management. An inspirational leader you can demonstrate successfully motivating and mobilising individuals and have a desire to grow yourself.
